Board of Directors

The initial board of directors of the organization are:

Alex T. Roshuk, Esq.
Alex T. Roshuk, a New York State attorney who will also be the organization's initial Executive Director. He has two law degrees from McGill University, Faculty of Law, Montreal, Canada (B.C.L./LL.B., 1997) and has been practicing law in New York City since 1998 advising businesses, individuals and not-for-profit organizations in transactional and litigation related matters. He was the first legal advisor to the Wikimedia Foundation, Inc. (Wikipedia) from 2003 to 2005 assisting with the organization's tax exempt application to the IRS, trademark applications, and various copyright related issues. Prior to becoming a lawyer Mr. Roshuk worked in the entertainment industry as a film editor, radio announcer, television producer and director and as an administrator and/or director of numerous not-for-profit media arts organizations in the United States and Canada. He currently lives in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

Charles D. Parisi, Esq.Charles D. Parisi, a New York State attorney and educator. Charles Domenico Parisi studied law in the state of Michigan and is admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York, the United States Federal Court, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Parisi is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York County Lawyers Association, Brooklyn Bar Association, and the Richmond County Bar Association. Mr. Parisi, a life long Staten Island resident, attended Curtis High School, McKee High School, and the College of Staten Island. He holds a NYS Education Department license as orchestral music teacher. Charles also holds a M.S. in Education from Mercy College.


Barrister Nneke
Nathaniel Leo Nneke, a British Barrister, who is currently residing in the United States. In 1985, Natt Nneke obtained a Higher Diploma in Education from College of Education in Nigeria. He was a college tutor from 1985 to 1991. In 1991, he obtained a bachelor degree in Theology (B.Th) from CTS. He was ordained and licensed as a Minister and served as a bible teacher from 1991 to 1996. In 2004, he obtained a law degree (LL.B.) from the University of London. In 2006, he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from Inns of Court School of Law and City University, London and he was called to the Bar of England and Wales to practice as a Barrister. He is currently studying for an MBA degree in Trinity College, USA. His areas of practice include international commercial law, business law and trade-related matters. Mr. Nneke is a Principal Partner with Global Legal Business Limited, UK and Director of Transforming Your World International, a British Charity Trust. He is married to Lady Glad and they have a son, Paul Nneke.
